Build me a 3-day program

A few quick questions, so the program fits you:

What’s your main goal?
Where do you train?

Try it: pick your answers and send them.

Coach

A coach that knows your training.

Ask why your bench press stalled, what to train today or how last week went. The coach answers from your own workouts, in your language.

  • Finds out why a lift has stalled
  • Builds a program around your goal and equipment
  • Changes nothing until you approve it
  • Remembers your goals and injuries until you ask it to forget

Pick your coach: 17 characters, each with its own way of talking.

The coach can be wrong. For pain or injury, see a professional.

The coach runs on credit, and every account starts with some. The rest of the app is free.

AI assistants

Or bring your own assistant.

The coach is built in. If you already use Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP, connect it instead: it can build a routine, log a workout or review your progress, and it sees only the account you allow.

Connect an assistant

  1. Add this address to your assistant.
  2. Sign in and choose the account it may use.
  3. Choose Allow.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex. Developers can also use the gymgym command line.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is gymgym really free?

Yes. There are no ads and no paid plan, and nothing is held back: routines, exercises, history and charts are all included.

Does the coach cost anything?

Every account starts with a small credit, and each answer shows what it cost. Topping up is not available yet. On a copy you host yourself, answers are billed to your own OpenRouter key.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Not in the app stores yet. gymgym is a web app: open it on your phone, add it to the home screen, and it works like an app. Native apps for iPhone, Android and watches are planned.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Sets you log with no signal are kept on your device and sync when you are back online.

Can I bring my history from another app?

Yes. Import it from Strong, Hevy, FitNotes or Apple Health in Settings.

What can the coach see and change?

It reads your workouts, routines and the notes you ask it to keep, and sends them with your message to a model provider (OpenRouter) to write an answer. It proposes changes as a card and changes nothing until you tap Apply. Before it deletes anything, it asks.

Can I host it myself?

Yes. It runs on your own Cloudflare account, for you, your clients or your gym. The self-hosting guide has every step. You pay only Cloudflare for hosting.

Can I take my data and leave?

Yes. Export everything as one JSON file whenever you like, or delete your account in Settings.
